I don't care for the logo. You have to work to make sense of it, and it seems more glitzy than anything else. To my eye it is a big "E," (makes me think, in fact, of "The Big E" in West Springfield, MA. Is the red part an arrow? A boat? a sideways school building? It's interesting, but it's confusing to my eye, not in a way I like.
